About Our Shop

Hello and thanks for stopping by. My name is Joseph Bucchignano, I am the owner of ATT Concepts based out of Brewster, NY. ATT Concepts was formed in 2023 after I retired from the New York City Police Department’s Emergency Service Unit Apprehension Tactical Team, hence the ATT in the name! My last couple of years in the department on the Apprehension Tactical Team were by far the best years of my 20-year career with the police department. Working on a high-tempo, full-time tactical team as a breacher, assaulter, and team paramedic afforded me an immense amount of real-world experience. Not only did I get to experience considerable operational experience, but I was also fortunate enough to be able to get hands on with a wide range of gear and equipment for testing & evaluation, and so a lot of the gear that I carry here was gear that myself and my teammates used operationally and can vouch for! I am a small, concierge-style business, and your support in this post-retirement endeavor, either through product purchases, signing up for training, or just spreading the word about ATT Concepts is greatly appreciated!

2. What are your working hours?

If I am not out running training course I am typically in the office from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. If you are local I recommend calling first. Weekend hours can be made available by appointment.

4. Do you provide discounts?

Returning Your Product

Returning your product is really easy to do. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply visit the contact page and fill out a return request and we’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product.
